Comments:  Barcodes are readable using our Hand Held Products code reader. C02 marking on area containing data will result in corrupting the data but not completely. Only in the areas laser marked. Ideal marking area is within inner ring (2D barcode) where no data is present or outer perimeter where data may not be present.

Comments:  For best results, place a peice of standard print paper under the stencil film to prevent the film from having smoked edges. Air-assist used at approx. 15-20PSI. For best quality on intricate cuts, use vector speed of 5-20%. Stencil thickness is .007" for blue and .010" for semi-transparent.

Comments:  System used is overkill, would work well with a 35W or 45Watt Mini/Helix. Both rubbers cut great, leaving no signs of charring, burning or residue. Vacuum suction helped as the materials supplied were in rolls. Rubber's very stretchy.
